Confirmation of Registration for Online Starter Class

Thank you for registering for the Starter Class. In the next couple of days, you will receive an email with an invitation to join the Online Classroom.

If you would like to get started straight away, I recommend that you book a 1-1 Parenting Consultation.  For Starter Class Participants, I offer a 15% discount on an Initial Consultation.  The discount code is in the email you should have received titled “Welcome to the Starter Class”

What: Hand in Hand Starter Class for parents – Over 6 hours of video materials, and six Support Calls with Madeleine, an experienced Instructor, for individualised support.a chance for you to share your parenting experiences, reflect on your own story, plan for the challenges of family life and have your questions answered about using the Hand in Hand approach in your family.

The Course consists of Six online video “Classes”, introducing Hand in Hand, and covering each of the five Listening Tools.  The course is very full, so work through it as you are able.  You have at least a year in the Classroom to get through, and if you wish, revisit the materials there.

In February, we will begin Support Calls, beginning February 23rd.  These will be at the times below.  You’ll join a small group of other interested parents for six Calls. You can find out more about Support Calls here.

Who: For parents of children 0-12.   If your children are older, don’t fear – I have a teenager, and I work closely with parents of pre-teens and teens and will be able to help you understand how to use the tools with your older children.

How: We use Zoom Conferencing. You can join with vision via your web browser or an app on your phone. You can also simply dial in using your phone. There are local dial-in numbers in many countries.

Mondays 12 noon Dates: 24/02, 2/03, shifting to 11am 9/3 to 30/3

US/Canada – Pacific

Sundays 5:00 pm Dates: 2/23 to 3/29

Length of Call: Plan on 90 minutes, but if there is only a small group, we may take less time. If there is only one person on a call, the call will be 30 minutes maximum.
How many Calls? The Starter Class entitles you to join six Support Calls.  After Sunday 29th March 2020, I will run a continuing Call which you are welcome to join.  I will send you details of cost and schedule closer to the end of our Call series.

Please contact us in a couple of days if you do not get an email confirming that we have received your registration and payment, or an email with an invitation into the Online Classroom.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis, but in general refunds are not available.

Missed Calls: no refund is available if you miss a Call. If spaces are available, we will do our best to include you in an ongoing Call Group which will run once your six week Support Call has finished.  I cannot guarantee space will be available, however.

I am a parent, and life happens to me too. If I have to reschedule a Support Call for any reason, it will be rescheduled to another time.

If you have paid for the Online Course, but your circumstances change and you can no longer attend the Support Calls, please contact me and we will see what arrangement can be made to accommodate you.
